Medical Customer Service Executive | Bidaya Home Healthcare

Deliver exceptional patient support and help coordinate quality home healthcare services.

Bidaya Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Medical Customer Service Executive to support patients throughout their healthcare journey. You'll play a key role in managing appointments, responding to enquiries, and coordinating care while ensuring an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage home healthcare appointments
• Coordinate visit schedules for doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Register new patients and maintain accurate electronic patient records
• Assist with billing enquiries, insurance verification, and administrative documentation
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare policies and procedures

Skills & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Experience in customer service, medical reception, healthcare administration, or a call centre environment
• Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or appointment scheduling systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital, medical clinic, or home healthcare setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Familiarity with health insurance processes and billing procedures
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
