Full job description
Environmental Engineer
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Environmental Engineer to join our team for infrastructure projects in Qatar.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of total professional experience as an Environmental Engineer.
- Proven experience in infrastructure, roads, drainage, sewerage, utilities, and civil engineering projects.
- Professional certification in any of the following:
- NEBOSH
- IOSH
- OSHA
- Certified ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor.
- Strong knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (EMS), environmental compliance, waste management, pollution prevention, and environmental monitoring.
- Experience in conducting environmental inspections, audits, environmental impact assessments, and preparation of environmental reports.
- Familiarity with local and international environmental standards and regulations.
- Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC region will be an added advantage.
Preferred:
- Experience working on major infrastructure and drainage projects.
- Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
