We are a GCC-based technical company operating across offshore oil & gas, maritime, naval, and industrial verticals, with offices across the UAE, Qatar, Oman, India, and the UK. We represent leading OEMs and provide service support, technical sales, and project coordination to clients across the region.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to join our service team, supporting site service tasks (similar to our current team members), preparing technical and commercial quotations, and coordinating service-related company activities.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Field Work

• Carry out mechanical/electrical service, inspection, and maintenance tasks at client sites (vessels, offshore platforms, industrial facilities)
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide on-site technical support
• Coordinate spare parts, tools, and documentation needed for service jobs
• Liaise with clients and OEM principals during service visits

Quotations & Technical Support

• Prepare general technical and commercial quotations for service jobs, spares, and equipment
• Review client RFQs/tender documents and translate technical requirements into accurate quotes
• Follow up with OEMs/principals for pricing and technical specs as needed

Coordination

• Coordinate scheduling of engineers across active jobs
• Track job status, timelines, and documentation (service reports, completion certificates, etc.)
• Support internal coordination between sales, service, and admin teams
• Assist with logistics for service trips (travel, permits, site access)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on service experience in marine, offshore, oil & gas, or industrial equipment service - direct field experience is a must
• Experience preparing technical/commercial quotations
• Strong communication skills - comfortable speaking with clients, OEMs, and internal teams
• Willingness to travel for site visits/service jobs (regionally and occasionally internationally)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with quotation/ERP tools is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with marine/naval equipment, valves, pumps, or instrumentation
• Prior experience working with an OEM representative or technical trading company

Experience:

• Service Experience in Offshore: 1 year (Required)
