Mechanical / Electrical Technician FULL TIME

Main Responsibilities

A Mechanical / Electrical Technician (often called Electro-mechanical Technician) handles both mechanical systems and electrical equipment:

Mechanical Work

  • Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment
  • Repair pumps, motors, compressors, HVAC systems
  • Inspect mechanical parts and replace damaged components
  • Read mechanical drawings and technical manuals
  • Ensure machines are safe and working efficiently

Electrical Work

  • Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and panels
  • Troubleshoot faults in motors, control panels, sensors
  • Work with LV/MV systems, PLC, and control circuits
  • Test electrical equipment using tools

Includes power distribution and control system maintenance

Combined (Electro-Mechanical Tasks)

  • Install and maintain motors, drives, sensors, control units
  • Diagnose faults using tools and instruments
  • Work on HVAC, production machines, or industrial systems
  • Follow safety standards and technical procedures

Many jobs require 3-5 years experience and technical diploma (ITI)

Key Skills Required
