Full job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, or other financial activities within the organization.

JOB TASKS :
1. Maintain daily accounting records, book keeping, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

2. Petty cash handling.

3. Disbursement of cash expenses ,related with staff expenses and claims.

4. Cash advance settlement and follow ups.

5. AR Aging and follow ups with the customers.

6. Support on timely closing of monthly MIS.

7. ERP expertise (Microsoft Navision) and knowledge of MS Excel.

7. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.

8. Ad-hoc reporting and other accounting schedules preparation.

9. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for all company related financial needs such as: L/C, project financing, bank guarantees, facilities, accounts, salary payments, credit applications, vehicle & equipment leasing, etc.

10. Manage time cards to keep track on actual attendance. Prepare salaries and pay out to company employees on a monthly basis.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduate Degree in Business Finance and Accounting. Knowledge of economic accounting principles and practices, banking, analysis and reporting of financial data.

LAW & GOVERNMENT: Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders and agency rules.

MATHEMATICS: Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.

LANGUAGES: English (must) + Arabic (preferable) + Any other language (is a benefit).

COMPUTER COMPETENCE: Knowledge of computer applications, including accounting software. MS Windows, MS Office, ERP systems (Microsoft Navision, SAP, Oracle Business Suite), Web and Email applications.

DRIVING LICENSE: Local Driving License.
