Job Summary

We are looking for a trustworthy, professional, and well-mannered Private Personal Driver to provide dedicated driving services to the Boss. The role involves ensuring safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation for all personal and business-related appointments, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to the Boss for personal and business-related activities.
• Drive the Boss to meetings, appointments, offices, residences, and other destinations as required.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, fuelled, and ready for use at all times.
• Plan routes in advance to ensure punctual arrivals and avoid unnecessary delays.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Boss’s personal affairs, business activities, and daily schedule.
• Remain flexible and available according to the Boss’s schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Assist with luggage, personal belongings, and other reasonable transportation-related requests.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and coordinate servicing, maintenance, and repairs when necessary.
• Follow all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Maintain a polite, respectful, discreet, and professional attitude at all times.
• Handle any other reasonable duties related to the Boss’s transportation needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type.
• Proven experience as a personal driver, private driver, or executive driver is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic conditions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable, patient, and well-presented.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect personal boundaries.
• Flexible with working hours and changes in schedule.
• Clean driving record preferred.
