About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Event Operations to lead event delivery, oversee operational planning, and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead event operations, planning workflows, and on-site service delivery
  • Oversee event teams, schedules, budgets, suppliers, and client requirements
  • Develop strategies to improve event quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, clients, internal teams, and service partners
  • Monitor event timelines, operational risks, service standards, and performance reports
  • Support staff training, leadership development, and process improvement
  • Ensure all events follow company standards, safety procedures, and client expectations

What We Are Looking For

Experience

  • Strong experience in event operations, corporate events, hospitality, venue management, or client service leadership
  • Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
  • Experience working in Qatar or GCC event environments is an advantage
