Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
10+ years of operations management experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position overseeing multiple business functions.

Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead large teams, manage complex operations, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of budgeting, strategic planning, operational analytics, and organizational performance management.

Communication:
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive level decision making.

Problem Solving:
Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency, managing change, and driving business transformation initiatives.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Mindset:
A proactive leader who combines strategic thinking with practical execution and thrives in a fast paced business environment.

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
