Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex faults in vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on automotive air conditioning (A/C) systems.
• Use modern diagnostic scanners, software, and testing equipment to identify faults accurately.
• Inspect, test, and repair wiring harnesses, sensors, controllers, relays, switches, and electrical components.
• Diagnose and repair A/C system issues, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, cooling fans, and climate control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system performance checks.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and manufacturer service information.
• Support workshop technicians by providing technical guidance and diagnostic solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, and parts utilized.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and industry quality standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies, diagnostic procedures, and electrical systems.
• Follow all workshop safety procedures and company policies.

RequirementsEssential Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics, electrical repairs, and A/C systems.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical, electronic, and air conditioning systems.
• Hands-on experience using automotive diagnostic scanners and troubleshooting equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on multiple vehicle brands is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive electrical or A/C certification.
• Manufacturer dealership experience is a plus.
• Experience with hybrid and modern vehicle diagnostic systems is advantageous.
• Certification in automotive diagnostics, electronics, or air conditioning systems.

Pay: From QAR1.00 per hour
