About Us
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Data Entry Officer to assist the Workshop Manager with daily administrative, accounting, and clerical tasks in our jewellery workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Workshop Manager with daily office and administrative work.
- Enter and maintain accurate workshop, inventory, and production records.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.
- Perform basic accounting and data entry tasks.
- Organize physical and digital records.
- Coordinate with workshop and office staff.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Previous experience in accounting, administration, or data entry.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
