Barista – Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our café team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a passion for specialty coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages according to standards.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Assist with stock control and daily opening/closing duties.
  • Work effectively as part of the team.

Requirements: Previous barista experience preferred, good communication skills, professional appearance, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
