Restaurant Operations Manager

Position Overview
The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance. This role involves leading a team of front‑ and back‑of‑house staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Supervise daily restaurant activities, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service; conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Guest Experience: Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction; handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, control labor and food costs, analyze P&L reports, and implement corrective actions to meet revenue targets.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards; ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, menu updates, and promotional initiatives to drive sales and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of team leadership and P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, inventory management, and labor scheduling.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer‑service skills.
• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
