GRO Solutions is a fast-growing fintech company building AI-powered financial wellness solutions. We are seeking an innovative AI Engineer to develop intelligent applications that help users make smarter financial decisions through machine learning and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models.
  • Build recommendation engines and AI-powered financial assistants.
  • Develop Generative AI (GenAI) and LLM-based features.
  • Prepare and analyze structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop AI services and REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
  • Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI models in production.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Support MLOps workflows and cloud-based deployments.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or similar AI frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and MLOps.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or financial analytics.
