We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging marketing campaigns, developing digital content, and utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts across multiple platforms
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials
• Use AI tools for content creation, marketing automation, and campaign optimization
• Develop creative designs and marketing materials using content creation tools
• Monitor social media trends, engagement, and competitor activities
• Coordinate digital advertisements and online promotions
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Support branding and business development initiatives

Requirements

• Preferred candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Experience using AI tools and content creation platforms
• Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and creative content tools is an advantage
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing and social media management
• Experience in hospitality, retail, F&B, or service industry is preferred
