Salary: QAR 15,500 per month

Job Summary

Trentin Laser Center is seeking a skilled and client-focused Skin Care Specialist to join our professional aesthetic team in Doha. The successful candidate will provide personalized skincare consultations, perform advanced facial and non-invasive skin treatments, assist with laser and cosmetic procedures, and deliver exceptional client care. This position is ideal for a qualified skincare professional with a passion for aesthetics, skin health, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Perform professional facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, hydrafacial treatments, and other non-invasive skincare procedures.
• Assist physicians and laser specialists during cosmetic and dermatological treatments as required.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and post-procedure care.
• Recommend appropriate skincare products to support treatment outcomes and skin health.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies while maintaining strict hygiene and infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment documentation, consent forms, and progress notes.
• Monitor client responses to treatments and report any concerns or adverse reactions.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) regulations and clinic policies.
• Maintain inventory of skincare products, consumables, and treatment supplies.
• Support promotional campaigns, client retention initiatives, and wellness programs.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in skincare technologies, products, and aesthetic treatment techniques.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Dermatology Assistance, or a related field.
• Valid professional license or eligibility to practice in the State of Qatar, where applicable.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a dermatology clinic, laser center, medical spa, or aesthetic clinic.
• Experience performing advanced facial and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare products, infection control, and cosmetic procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in electronic client management systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Six-day work week with flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by clinic operations.
