Key Responsibilities

  • Product Catalog Management: Upload and update product listings, ensuring descriptions are accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
  • Order Oversight: Monitor daily orders to ensure smooth processing, from payment verification to final delivery.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute seasonal promotions, banners, and homepage updates.
  • Inventory Syncing: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure online stock levels reflect real-world inventory.
  • Customer Journey Support: Track website performance and troubleshoot minor technical issues to keep the shopping experience seamless.
  • Data Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly reports on sales trends, website traffic, and customer behavior.

Skills and Requirements

  • Platform Knowledge: Experience with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce) is highly valued.
  • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with Google Analytics to track what’s working and what’s not.
  • Digital Marketing Basics: An understanding of SEO principles and how to make products "findable" online.
  • Attention to Detail: A "eagle eye" for typos in listings or discrepancies in inventory counts.
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic is a helpful advantage for the local market.
