Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Data Analyst to manage healthcare data, generate insights, and support clinical and administrative teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of medical data systems, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze medical and operational data from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrators to identify data needs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security regulations.
• Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to data management systems.
• Support research projects and clinical studies with statistical analysis.
• Provide insights into patient outcomes, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in digital transformation initiatives, including EHR and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or medical informatics.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare systems, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar).
• Experience with EHR systems and healthcare analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
