Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Research Strategy:
Develop and execute clinical research plans that align with organizational objectives and support long term innovation goals.

Trial Oversight:
Lead the planning, implementation, and management of clinical studies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Research Governance:
Establish quality controls, monitoring procedures, and risk management frameworks that support successful clinical outcomes.

Cross Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with medical, scientific, regulatory, operational, and commercial teams to ensure alignment across all research activities.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure clinical programs meet applicable regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and international research standards.

External Partnerships:
Build relationships with healthcare institutions, research organizations, investigators, and industry partners to support clinical development initiatives.

Team Development:
Mentor and develop clinical research professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and scientific excellence.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
10+ years of clinical research experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large scale clinical programs.

Clinical Expertise:
Strong understanding of clinical trial design, study management, research methodologies, patient safety, and regulatory requirements.

Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex projects, and deliver successful clinical outcomes.

Strategic Thinking:
Ability to evaluate scientific opportunities, prioritize research investments, and align clinical initiatives with business objectives.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional ability to present research findings, strategic recommendations, and clinical insights to executive stakeholders and external partners.

Project Management:
Experience managing multiple concurrent studies, budgets, timelines, and operational resources in highly regulated environments.

Education:
Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Public Health, Clinical Research, or a related discipline.

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
