Job Title: Civil Site Engineer – Construction

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in building or infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
• Candidates currently based in Qatar will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
