We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support our team in delivering an outstanding dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock management.
• Team Leadership:
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Schedule shifts and manage staff rosters.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
• Uphold high standards of service and hospitality.
• Quality Control and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverage offerings.
• Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management qualifications preferred.
