Kaafe is a luxury hospitality brand specializing in premium chocolates, catering services, corporate events, weddings, and bespoke celebrations. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Catering Supervisor to oversee catering operations and ensure smooth execution of events while maintaining the highest service standards.

The Catering Supervisor will work closely with the Operations, Production, Sales, and Events teams to manage daily catering activities, supervise staff, and ensure successful delivery of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise catering operations, including event setup, service, and breakdown.

· Manage and guide catering staff to ensure professional service standards.

· Ensure food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.

· Monitor inventory, equipment, and operational requirements.

· Support weddings, corporate events, VIP functions, and special occasions.

· Handle client concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or event supervision.

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage teams and work under pressure during events.

· Knowledge of food safety and service standards.

· Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail.
