Full job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cashier operations, including cash receipt and payment, bank transfer, expense reimbursement and staff salary disbursement.
  • Record cash and bank transaction ledgers daily, conduct cash stock take, ensure accounts are accurate and consistent.
  • Review expense documents, sort financial vouchers and file financial records systematically.
  • Coordinate with local Qatar banks for account reconciliation, bank statement collection and related banking procedures.
  • Update daily financial transaction records and ensure all payments comply with company financial policies.
  • Communicate with local and international staff regarding salary and finance inquiries, assist with monthly financial closing.

Job Requirements

  • Residing in Qatar with valid QID, immediate joining available.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written), able to communicate with local banks and foreign partners independently.
  • Bilingual (English & Chinese) is highly preferred.
  • 1+ year experience in cashier, finance or accounting assistant role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), skilled in data entry and financial record keeping.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and accurate with numbers.
  • Familiar with Qatar local banking procedures is a plus.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,200.00 per month
