Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments accurately, and ensuring a positive customer experience at the point of sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and invoices as required.
• Maintain an accurate cash register and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional checkout area.
• Report any discrepancies, issues, or customer concerns to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and financial transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Cashier, Retail Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Pay: QAR3,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
