Job Description:
Rota International is seeking reliable and customer-focused Cashiers to join our team for an upcoming event in Doha, Qatar. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience for all guests. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in retail, hospitality, or event staffing who are looking to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and assisting guests with their purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
• Ensure the correct change is given and manage cash register balances.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of point-of-sale equipment and systems.
• Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow all company policies and procedures for cash handling and customer transactions.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Help with inventory control and restocking as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar cashier or customer service role (preferably in retail, hospitality, or event settings).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
