Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and customer-oriented Barista to join our dynamic team in Doha. The ideal candidate has a strong background in specialty coffee preparation, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record working within the GCC hospitality or cafe sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, pour-over, etc.) to the highest quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment with precision and cleanliness.
  • Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide expert recommendations on our menu items.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, seating area, and service stations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and syrups, and report replenishment needs.
  • Handle cash and digital POS transactions accurately.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on barista experience, specifically within the GCC region.
  • Location: Must currently reside in Doha, Qatar.
  • Availability: Must be available to join immediately (Transferable Visa/NOC preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in latte art and deep knowledge of coffee bean origins, grinds, and brewing methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant barista certifications are a strong plus.
  • Must have food handling Certificate.
