Job Title: Data Entry Assistant

Location: Barwa, Qatar

Job Type: Full-time

Duty Hours: 10 Hours Per Day

Language: English / Hindi (Required)

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Data Entry, Administration, or a similar role preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Update daily records of storage items such as uniforms, shoes, and other company materials.
• Prepare and maintain employee attendance records.
• Enter, update, and verify data accurately in Excel and company systems.
• Maintain organized files, documents, and reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors and the HR/Admin team regarding attendance and inventory updates.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry or administration is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
