Job Summary:
We are looking for a clean, presentable, responsible, and hardworking Office Boy / Office Girl to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate should maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and help ensure a clean, organized, and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Assist with printing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks.
• Prepare and arrange meeting rooms when required.
• Assist with receiving and organizing office supplies and pantry items.
• Handle simple office errands and document deliveries when required.
• Ensure the pantry and office facilities are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Support the administrative team with daily office requirements.

Requirements:

• Must be clean, well-groomed, and presentable at all times.
• Good personal hygiene and a professional appearance are essential.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and hardworking.
• Polite and respectful manner with staff, clients, and visitors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Basic English or Arabic communication is preferred.
• Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa/NOC preferred.

Pay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
