We are looking for an experienced and responsible Café Manager to oversee daily café operations, manage staff, maintain service standards, ensure customer satisfaction, and support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day café operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Supervise, train, and coordinate café staff.
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and ordering requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of required items.
  • Monitor cash handling and daily sales reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the café.
  • Ensure staff follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or F&B Supervisor.
  • Experience in café/restaurant operations is preferred.
  • Good leadership and team-management skills.
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Food Handling Certificate – MANDATORY.
  • Relevant F&B/food safety certification is an advantage.

Pay: QAR1.00 per month
