Role Overview

The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for managing café operations, leading staff, and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and high-quality experience. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen, service, and management teams to deliver consistent quality.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve service excellence.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and brand reputation.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing café, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, food & beverage management, and operational best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
