Full job description
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across multiple business units. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations, effective coordination across teams, and timely delivery of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to business units and senior management.
- Coordinate internal workflows, meetings, and cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and manage business documentation, including reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and tracking systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Support budgeting and financial processes, including invoice tracking, expense monitoring, and basic financial reporting.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on action items to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in project coordination, including scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operational, or business support roles (internship experience may be considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
