Business Support Coordinator
Tasshil Business LLC – Doha, Qatar
Job Summary:
Tasshil Business LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination across departments, helping streamline processes, maintain documentation, and support management in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative operations and provide support to various departments
- Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for management and teams
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist in project coordination and track progress against deadlines
- Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Support HR and finance functions with basic administrative tasks when needed
- Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and processes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in administrative or business support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
