Assistant Store Manager – Beauty & Makeup

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager – Beauty & Makeup with prior experience in managing large-format beauty retail stores of approximately 3,000 sq. ft. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of makeup products, beauty trends, and makeup application techniques, along with strong team management and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of makeup products, skincare, beauty trends, and makeup application techniques.
  • Provide expert product recommendations and personalized beauty consultations to customers.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of approximately 3 employees to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
  • Monitor store sales performance, stock availability, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, product presentation, and store operations.
  • Drive sales through product demonstrations, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or in a similar role within the beauty and makeup retail industry.
  • Experience handling a large-format beauty retail store of approximately 3,000 sq. ft. is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of makeup products, shades, formulations, and makeup application techniques.
  • Proven experience in managing around 3 employees.
  • Strong sales, customer engagement, and product demonstration skills.
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
