Experienced Baker

We are hiring an experienced Baker to join our team.

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Baker with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, or hotel environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional baking experience.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipes.
• Experience preparing breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products.
• Ability to maintain consistent quality and presentation.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bakery products according to recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare doughs, fillings, creams, toppings, and other ingredients.
• Monitor baking temperatures and times.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Keep the bakery area and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with daily production and minimize waste.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience is required.
