Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager.

Manage emails, correspondence, and official documentation.

Prepare reports, letters, memos, and internal communications.

Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.

Monitor staff documentation (contracts, IDs, leave records, attendance).

Assist in preparing reports for municipality, health inspection, and government portals.

Support procurement documentation and supplier coordination.

Handle petty cash records and assist in basic accounting documentation.

Follow up on maintenance, pest control, and compliance requirements.

Ensure confidentiality of company information.
