Deliver World-Class Care for International PatientsInternational Patient Services Manager

  • Manage international patient coordination from inquiry through post-treatment follow-up
  • Coordinate appointments, admissions, travel arrangements, and accommodation
  • Build partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers
  • Ensure exceptional patient experience and service quality
  • Supervise multilingual patient support teams
  • Monitor service KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of healthcare, medical tourism, or patient services management experience
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of international healthcare standards and medical travel coordination
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
