Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and signature drinks to brand standards
  • Provide exceptional guest service with professionalism, attention to detail, and product knowledge
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and POS systems efficiently
  • Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste
  • Engage with guests confidently and make tailored recommendations
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café, bar station, seating areas, and equipment
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Support opening and closing procedures
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Barista in a specialty or premium café preferred
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining service quality
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
