Full job description

1. Prepares mise-en-place of cutlery, crockery and arranges them accordingly to the pre-determined

presentation and ensure proper handling of equipment to prevent loss, breakage or damage.

2. Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between courses or after guests leave and keep the tables

ready for next customer. Ensure table settings are clean, organized, and appropriately arranged by

observing proper standard and cleanliness of the equipment.

3. Acquires and understand thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu from the BOH and be able

to respond appropriately to guests and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery.

4. Ensure the dining area, side stations, and service areas remain tidy and fully stocked.

5. Support in delivering food from the kitchen to the correct tables.

6. Policy & Procedure – Follow all relevant company policies, procedures and standard operating
