Head of AI & Machine Learning

نبذة عن الوظيفة:

تبحث الشركة عن رئيس قسم الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة لقيادة استراتيجية الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطوير الحلول الذكية التي تدعم الابتكار والتحول الرقمي، مع الإشراف على فرق علوم البيانات وتعلم الآلة لبناء نماذج وأنظمة متقدمة تعزز كفاءة الأعمال واتخاذ القرار.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة للشركة.
  • قيادة فرق علوم البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي وتطوير الكفاءات الفنية.
  • تصميم وتطوير نماذج تعلم الآلة والتحليلات التنبؤية.
  • الإشراف على مشاريع الذكاء الاصطناعي من الفكرة حتى الإنتاج.
  • إدارة البنية التحتية الخاصة بالبيانات وبيئات التدريب والنشر.
  • تحسين أداء النماذج وضمان دقتها وقابليتها للتوسع.
  • التعاون مع الإدارات المختلفة لتحديد فرص استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • تطبيق أفضل ممارسات حوكمة البيانات وأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • متابعة أحدث التقنيات والأبحاث في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • إعداد التقارير الفنية والاستراتيجية للإدارة العليا.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير أو الدكتوراه في علوم الحاسب، الذكاء الاصطناعي، علوم البيانات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 8 إلى 12 سنة في الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة، منها خبرة قيادية.
  • خبرة قوية في:
  • تعلم الآلة (Machine Learning)
  • التعلم العميق (Deep Learning)
  • معالجة اللغات الطبيعية (NLP)
  • الرؤية الحاسوبية (Computer Vision)
  • إجادة لغات البرمجة مثل Python وR.
  • خبرة في بناء ونشر نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي على البيئات السحابية.
  • معرفة قوية بـ MLOps وData Engineering.
