We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative activities within our growing team in Doha.
The successful candidate will assist with office coordination, scheduling, document management, communication handling, and general administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, reliable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative and clerical duties
- Manage emails, phone calls, and office correspondence
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents
- Maintain filing systems and company records
- Support internal departments with administrative tasks
- Handle data entry and document processing accurately
- Coordinate office supplies and administrative resources
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Assist management with operational support tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or office support preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
