Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Doha, Qatar
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 4,000 QAR per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a valid Qatar ID (QID) with at least 3 months validity and be ready to transfer sponsorship immediately. This role focuses on daily office management, document handling, and support to the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems (invoices, contracts, correspondence).
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Process basic payroll, petty cash, or reimbursement requests.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Assist in preparing weekly staff schedules and attendance records.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience (Local experience preferred).
Education: High school diploma, Bachelors or equivalent; a certificate in office administration is a plus.
Language: English (fluent – spoken & written); Arabic (spoken is an advantage).
IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet research.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
