مطلوب للتعيين: محاسب عام

الهدف من الوظيفة:

البحث عن محاسب متميز وملم بالمبادئ المحاسبية العامة للانضمام إلى فريقنا المالي، ليتولى إدارة حسابات المقبوضات (العملاء)، المدفوعات (الموردين)، وإدارة النقدية والنثريات، مع القدرة على توجيه القيود المحاسبية بشكل صحيح دقيق.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. حسابات المقبوضات والعملاء (Accounts Receivable):

* متابعة أرصدة العملاء وإصدار الفواتير بدقة وفي المواعيد المحددة.

* تسجيل التحصيلات بجميع أنواعها (نقدي، شيكات، تحويلات بنكية) وتسويتها بانتظام.

* إعداد تقارير أعمار الديون ومتابعة التحصيل مع القسم المختص أو العملاء مباشرة.

2. حسابات المدفوعات والموردين (Accounts Payable):

* استلام فواتير الموردين ومراجعتها ومطابقتها مع أوامر الشراء وأذون الاستلام.

* جدولة المدفوعات وإعداد الشيكات أو التحويلات البنكية للموردين وفقاً لتواريخ الاستحقاق.

* إجراء المصادقات الدورية مع الموردين لتسوية الحسابات.

3. إدارة العُهد النثرية (Petty Cash):

* إدارة وصرف الصندوق النثري وفقاً للسياسة المالية المعتمدة للشركة.

* مراجعة مستندات وفواتير المصروفات النثرية والتأكد من قانونيتها واعتمادها.

* جرد الصندوق النثري بصفة دورية وإعداد طلبات استعاضة القيمة النثرية.

4. المحاسبة العامة والتوجيه المحاسبي (General Accounting):

* تطبيق المبادئ والمعايير المحاسبية العامة في كافة المعاملات اليومية.

* التوجيه المحاسبي الصحيح للعمليات المالية (إدخال قيود اليومية من مصروفات، إيرادات، وتدفقات نقدية).

* المشاركة في أعمال الإقفال الشهري والسنوي وإعداد ميزان المراجعة.

المؤهلات والشروط المطلوبة:

* شهادة بكالوريوس في التجارة (تخصص محاسبة).

* اجادة اللغة الانجليزية (شرط أساسي)

* خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المحاسبة (ويفضل من عمل في مهام متنوعة بين العملاء والموردين).

* معرفة قوية جداً بأسس التوجيه المحاسبي وقيود اليومية.

* إجادة العمل على البرامج المحاسبية (Zoho and ERP Systems) وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (خاصة Excel).

* الأمانة، الدقة العالية، ومهارات التنظيم وإدارة الوقت.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
