Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join our Doha office. The successful candidate will support procurement operations, assist in vendor management, and ensure timely processing of purchase orders. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to grow their career in supply chain and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier sourcing: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential vendors.
• Purchase order processing: Prepare and manage purchase orders accurately.
• Inventory support: Help monitor stock levels and procurement needs.
• Documentation: Maintain records of contracts, invoices, and supplier agreements.
• Compliance checks: Ensure adherence to company policies and Qatari procurement regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with finance and operations teams to align procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain support.
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
