Ain Khaled Logistics Hub is a growing logistics and supply chain company committed to delivering efficient warehousing, transportation, and distribution solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team and support our daily operations through accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and management systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before entry.
• Review and correct data discrepancies and errors.
• Generate reports and maintain records as required by management.
• Organize and archive digital and physical documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
• Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a related role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with logistics or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
