Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist clients with product or service information and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide feedback to management to improve services and processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or related role preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM software is a plus
- Professional and courteous demeanor
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
